Our work makes a meaningful impact for educators, other education leaders, and the children they support. Through collaborative learning and growth, we are collectively co-creating innovative solutions to education challenges and building brighter futures for all children worldwide.
The idea of the Community of Practice itself is pioneering in the region I live in... This shift in the paradigm of professional development helped me believe more in the power of teachers in my region, who just need a safe, inclusive, and flexible space that helps them preserve their wellbeing, innovation, leadership, and learning. When teachers own and lead on their own learning, such a development happens naturally and sustains even after when those teachers continue their learning on their own.
