Schools & Learning Centers
The Center for Professional Learning (CPL) knows the difference an excellent building leader (principal, head teacher, etc.) or program director can make in the lives of their teachers, students, and families. Knowledge-sharing and perspective-taking are at the heart of our work. Let us help create space for these practices, and much more, in your community.
Together, let’s support your educators and promote equity, belonging, and inclusion.
At CPL, we can:
- Work with you to create a plan that addresses gaps in knowledge or skills needed by practitioners to excel in their roles on your campus or in your center.
- Develop innovative ways to promote equity, belonging, and inclusion on your campus.
- Identify opportunities to support classified staff members as they build their careers and, perhaps, become classroom teachers or education leaders.
- Build whole-campus or targeted professional development sessions with and/or for your staff that benefit the students and families you are serving.
- Support an increase in family engagement by facilitating a shift to an asset-based approach to learning where students, families, and community members feel welcomed and valued.
Julie Kasper, Director of Teacher Learning & Leadership at the Center for Professional Learning looks forward to discussing your vision and the needs on your campus to come up with a customized plan. Contact her at jkasper@ceinternational1892.org.
