Customizing professional learning opportunities for your PreK-12 educators, administrators, and building/program staff.

The Center for Professional Learning (CPL) supports education leaders as they create and sustain transformative systems that ensure equity, belonging, well-being, and success for every member of their learning community.

Educators are central to the smooth functioning and high quality teaching and learning happening in your local education system. Let us support your team!

Together, we can address systemic concerns and amplify existing assets and joy in your community.

At CPL, we can:

  • Support you in identifying the educator workforce assets in your community and helping your team members create SMART, individualized pathway plans to becoming educators.
  • Design specific professional learning opportunities to better prepare your staff for working with the students and families you serve, including demographic shifts occurring in your schools in relation to mobility, migration, displacement, resettlement, cultural and linguistic diversity, poverty, and/or crisis.
  • Build communities of practice that afford opportunities for reflection, dialogue, resource sharing, and connection to sustain learning and well-being with and for your staff.
