Empowering PreK-12 educators on their professional learning journeys.
Educators
The Center for Professional Learning (CPL) centers educator wellbeing, innovation, leadership, and learning in everything it does. We believe in you — teaching assistants, early childhood educators, paraeducators, primary and secondary school teachers, counselors, social workers, leaders — and are here to uplift your wisdom, passion, and commitment while helping you to advance your competencies, confidence, and joy as an education practitioner.
It is vital that we find hope and possibility in the most challenging of contexts, amongst ourselves and with our students. Let us support your professional growth, wellbeing, and network development.
Together, let’s elevate your teaching and ensure your strengths, wellbeing, and growth are supported.
At CPL, we can:
- Identify cohort-based and/or self-paced learning opportunities that align with your professional goals and may provide credit toward certification, licensure, and/or salary step.
- Support your completion of a micro-credential and tell the story of your expertise.
- Facilitate your participation in a community of practice that affords opportunities for you to reflect, engage in dialogue, share resources, and connect with other educators while sustaining your professional growth.
- Build your capacity in identifying your strengths, the strengths of your students, and how best to support their academic growth (and your professional growth).
Courses
We offer professional development courses to support educators and other education leaders in providing quality, holistic, and inclusive education to their students.
