Promoting connections and ensuring support that envelops learners of all ages and backgrounds.
Community Partners
The Center for Professional Learning (CPL) views education as a holistic undertaking that requires the care, support, and advocacy of many people, including community based organizations, non-profit and non-governmental organizations, civic society groups, parent and family associations, youth leadership organizations, and many more.
We take a co-creative approach in all our work and aim to build coalitions for sustainable systems change and positive impact. We are skilled at bringing interested parties together to find and/or co-develop innovative solutions, new policy approaches, or improved pedagogical practices to address the challenges and build upon the talents within a local community.
Together, let’s create a more welcoming, belonging, inclusive, and joyful education ecosystem.
At CPL, we can:
- Support your clients or members of your organization who are on an education career track.
- Create a strategy with you on how best to share ideas and resources with teachers, schools, programs, and/or education leaders.
- Develop a plan to increase your advocacy with and for culturally and linguistically diverse learners, inclusive of refugees, immigrants, and indigenous learners.
- Design a delivery model that highlights your expertise in navigating the education system and helps community members access the resources they need.
