Growing Leaders to Support Learners

Nurturing Early Childhood Program Leadership

An online, self-paced course from Childhood Education International

Childhood Education International invites early childhood program leaders to participate in a unique learning video series that explores how to invest IN YOURSELF so that you can be fulfilled and therefore better able to invest in others—both the adults with whom you work and the children in your care.

For participants outside the U.S., check the Registration Fees section for more information.

Early childhood program leaders have a big responsibility—ensuring that children, the world’s most precious resource and gift, have the best environment in which to grow, learn, and be the best they can be. To meet this responsibility, early childhood program leaders take on many roles, including supervisor, manager, counselor, and social worker.

Based on The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by Dr. John Maxwell, and led by Raj Kapur, an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team, the series will take you, step by step, through a process to reflect on where you are today and how you plan to grow. Each video will focus on areas to help you build a growth mindset, learn about your strengths, tap into your passions, understand your purpose, and develop your skills.

Watch the video below for more course information.

IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes quality of continuing education and training.

Some employers, schools, and programs may require you to complete CEUs as part of your in-service or pre-service training. If CEUs are NOT yet required by your school or program, or available in your nation, it is still helpful to acquire them anyway. You can add them to your professional development portfolio and place them on your resume. This shows that you received OFFICIAL CREDIT for the course you took.

Once successfully completed, learners will be awarded 1 IACET CEUs (which is equal to 10 learning hours) for this training course.
