Warren Farrer

Warren Farrer is the Chief Executive Officer of the DO MORE FOUNDATION, an organisation he was instrumental in establishing during his tenure as RCL FOODS’ Corporate Social Investment Executive. With over 19 years at RCL FOODS, Warren transitioned from marketing roles at prominent South African companies—including Dunlop Tyres, BMW South Africa, Lion Match, and Adcock Ingram—to focus on corporate social investment. He holds a B.Comm (Honours), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management, and an MBA, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies. Warren leads a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing early childhood development (ECD) services, reflecting his deep commitment to improving the lives of young children in vulnerable communities. His strategic leadership and collaborative approach have significantly advanced the foundation’s mission to create lasting positive change in society.
