Stephanie Olmore

Stephanie Olmore is the Director of Early Learning and Global Partner Engagement at the National P-3 Center in the School of Education and Human Development at CU Denver. She brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood development, with a specialized focus on monitoring and quality assurance in early learning systems both in the U.S. and internationally.

Stephanie has led numerous initiatives aimed at strengthening the quality and accountability of early childhood programs for children ages 0–5. She previously served as the Senior Director of Global Engagement at the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), where she collaborated with international governments and large-scale systems to develop and implement quality assurance guidelines and professional standards for early childhood educators. Earlier in her career, Stephanie was the Manager of the Quality Early Education Initiative at the International Step by Step Association (ISSA), where she directed quality improvement and monitoring efforts across Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, a master’s in early childhood education from CU Denver, and an EdD in executive leadership from CU Denver.
