Phil Nguyen

Phil Nguyen serves as the Chief Marketing Advisor for CE International. He joins the team with a wealth of experience as a former educator, school and district administrator, edtech executive, and entrepreneur. Phil is also currently serving as the founder and Managing Partner of EdChiefs, a strategic consulting firm deeply committed to paving pathways to sustainable growth and expansion for social impact organizations across the education ecosystem. Through this work, Phil has supported 81+ Nonprofits, Foundations, EdTech Companies, and State Agencies scale their impact through diverse revenue acquisition, growth systems design, and strategic marketing and communications. Phil’s leadership has been recognized by the National Alliance of Public Charter Schools, Forbes, Harvard University, and the American Consortium for Equity in Education.

Phil currently serves as a Board Member for the National Center for Teacher Residencies, and The National Center for Civil and Human Rights. He is a proud first-generation college student graduating with his Bachelor of Science from Washington State University, Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and Master of Education in School Leadership and Development from Harvard University.
