Carlos González-Sancho

Carlos González-Sancho works as a Policy Analyst at the OECD Directorate for Education & Skills. Since 2020, Carlos has been a member of the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) team, where he co-led the development of the Starting Strong VII and Starting Strong VIII policy reviews and analysis of the TALIS Starting Strong 2018 international survey. Previously, he contributed to other OECD education projects on data and innovation, equity, and creativity and critical thinking skills. Carlos holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Oxford.
